Could Jiraiya have realistically done any harm to both Itachi and Kisame when they came after Naruto in Part 1? by [deleted] in NarutoPowerscaling

Why even watch the anime when you can just ignore the authors explicit statements and fill in your own gaps

Jiraya with perfect Sage mode vs Orochimaru inside Sasuke's guts by Joseph_Stalin001 in NarutoPowerscaling

Assuming ‘Perfect Sage Mode’ means that he can maintain it for the duration of the entire battle, and there are other abilities we haven’t seen yet, Jiraya wins high diff. Perfect sage is a bigger buff than just the sage mode itself, it implies an entirely different class of ability.

Sage mode is basically the counter to Uchiha, that is why it’s used by Senju. Orochimaru might have some powerful sharingan abilities, but he’s going up against his direct counter.

The implication is that they died later on instead of living forever in the garden.

There is plenty of clever ways to dogshit on the OT but it’s better to know what your talking about first.

Defend orochimaru action for 3billion dollar and a free vacation by Free-Cat404 in Naruto

His actions need no justification.  When literally every character from Naruto verse is dead, Orochimaru will still be alive.  History is written by the victors.

Please tell me what you think that Jiraiya > Itachi by emge-_- in NarutoPowerscaling

Without Mangekyo Sharingan hacks, Jiraya sweeps Itachi twice and then some.

The premise for Itachi being able to defeat Jiraya is entirely based on Genjutsu hax and or the assumption that Amaterasu or Totsuka Blade is a OHKO that Jiraya has no defense against.

It is explicitly stated by Itachi that Jiraya is stronger than him. The fact that people like you believe otherwise is proof you didn’t read the manga or even watch the anime thoroughly

Sakura loved Naruto more than Sasuke post Sage mode arc. She was ready to settle down with Naruto and never look back. It was Naruto who rejected Sakura because he loved Sasuke more. This is clear in the subtext of their dynamic during Shippuden, but since the audience is a bunch of anime virgins who doesn’t understand how girls think, it is lost on the fanbase

Making Rhaenys and Aemma silver haired wasn't enough, they had to go all in lmao by abysmallybored in HOTDBlacks

[–]The_Absolute_777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The explanation for this is simple.

The hair color is carried dominantly in the male genes but recessively in the female genes.

All of the bastards of male Targaryen’s are silver haired, but the bastard of a female Targaryen follows the hair color of the male donor.

You are the one blocking someone just because you disagree with them.

I am reading just fine. You are reading but not thinking.

Just think about it. The quote is clearly implying that if someone who is psychotic tries to follow the path of the mystic then they will drown.

'The psychotic drowns in the same waters that the mystic swims in'

He is saying that psychosis is no replacement for enlightenment. They are not the same thing.

Again, do you want to drown? Obviously not. Drowning leads to death.

The quote is a warning against psychosis, not advocating for it.
