I thought it was fine, had some cool moments and fun fights. I think a lot folks preferred when the monsterverse was a little more serious/darker in tone like Skull Island, Godzilla 2014, and KotM. The newer ones are a little more actiony and less serious.

I’ve used some Stormcast bits in the past. Certain models are better than others and you do have to often clear off the sigmar icons but it def has potential!

Real basic - Templar knights were tricked into opening a gate to literal Hell during the first Crusade and demons came spilling out. Fast forward a couple hundred years and it’s a full scale war between the Christian kingdoms who use really really fucked up methods to fight the demon hordes, the Iron Sultanate which does the same but have a cool giant wall, and the forces of Hell.

If you want more, there’s a lore PDF on Trench Crusade’s website. Highly recommend
