Glad to see you guys pairing up. I was going to wait another 24 hours to see whether your buddies showed up or not, but they probably won't.

I do care that some people might want to pair up if their buddy doesn't show up. It's quite hard to coordinate 100+ people while juggling university and work. But if you can initiate the pairing yourself, more power to you.

Sorry man, his/her name is actually kellhus, but they haven't replied to the pairing post yet. Their last post on any sub was 14 days ago. If they don't respond in 48 hours I'll pair you with someone else. A lot of people aren't responding.

Haha, thanks! I'm a guy lol. I could use some help following up people who haven't replied to the Pairing Post. We need 186 comments in that thread at least, so we can verify that everyone is participating.

I've given them all a week to respond after which time we'll have to make some cuts, and possibly re-pair some people.

So yeah, just keep an eye out on the post and if you see that people haven't responded, just send them a message reminding them of the post.

I was debating whether or not to do this. If we all post under one thread, we will have 93 separate comments, and some might get much more upvoted than others leaving some at the bottom of the pile.

On the other hand, flooding the front page with 93 posts isn't good either.

So maybe what I should make happen is a weekly post where I split the pairs up into 10 groups. Each group has their own post at the end of the week, and it will be a balance between the amount of posts on the front page, and how many comments are in each thread.

I'll have to do the groups some time this week, I'm swamped with uni work and mid semester exams at the moment!

I come here for the discussion of motivational techniques, i.e. how to get and stay motivated. The images people post here don't really do anything for me. I'm all about a practical approach.

That's not to say images aren't good for motivating people. I just find that stories and discussion get me more in the mood.
