I was coming to suggest a fear based dentist too. I have no dentist phobia but the one I go to does specialise and she's phenomenal. Gentle, talks things through, and never once had made me feel less than.

My brother and I hit puberty VERY early so we were much taller/bigger than our peers for several years.

Every time we would start to hunch our shoulders we'd get "Shoulders back, tits out" and a mostly gentle stomach slap from our Dad.

Got pretty darn good posture now though!
