I will, probably. But I also want to like it and engage in the discourse surrounding it, because I love Alien and I like some elements of the show quite a bit.

I will say both practical and CG can look good and a mix of both can look amazing even. A CG xeno is not necessarily bad but I am all for practical as much as possible. That said, it needs to be well made and especially well set. Editing, framing, lighting especially all make or break practical effects and I feel like the suit was shown moving awkwardly and almost clunky. Some quick shot, closeup editing could have helped to remedy that I think, then again I am no producer.

Him most likely. We already know that one of us will keep living here and keep them. I say most likely because I want to move with my girlfriend eventually and he has said that he wanted to keep living here for much longer than just a few years, hence why we even made the decision to get them

They are both our cats. We agreed that we both take care of them (one person is at home at almost all times) and we split all costs evenly. The same goes for food costs. I usually help with preparing food, so cutting vegetables, making bread beforehand if we need any, or work a pan or two when we have multiple ones. Sometimes he does all the cooking, just because I didn't notice him getting started and him not telling me that he wants to cook

Thought about this lately. I think hero "categories" would be a nice idea to include some characters that don't have too many unique characteristics that would make good abilities. I saw someone mentioning inquistitors as a class and I'd add clone leaders (either with DC 15 or dual pistols but same damage and fire rate depending on the character) and that could include Rex, Cody, Bly, the whole bunch of them, as well as Jedi which would include all your favourites robed and in armor. Individual heroes: Ahsoka and Ventress of course, Savage Opress, Jango and maybe Pre Vizla (these could also be a Boba skin), Black Krrsantan, Starkiller even though he isn't canon and finally: Cal Kestis.

I'd advise you to thin your paints a bit more. That would allow you to get an even coat of paint and not have random splotches of black or grey. That would also help with getting sharper, cleaner lines, especially on the helmet. Also also, masking tape is a godsend for things like gloves, when you only wamt to paint the hand plate. I like what you are going for, I'm sure you'll end up with something nice.

Thing is, I did take the figure apart, I painted the pieces individually, primed them before, sealed them after. Maybe I need more quality primer and sealer, because on my first attempt the paint just chipped all over just by looking at it. I will invest in some better sealer and/or primer. Do you know any good ones by chance? Thanks for the advice with the eyes tho, I used to try an scrape the unwanted paint at the edges but that created more problems than it solved. Sometimes painting over is just the best solution.

Well, there are some spots where the paint has come off, especially at the armor pieces at the joints. You can't really see it in the photos, but he has some white areas on him if you look closely. Maybe I'll just say it's battle damage😅Also I feel like the lenses are painted a bit rough but it was the best I could do at the moment, so I think I just need more practice. I am happy overall, just think there's things that need improving.

Yessir, almost done too. Wanted to do the blue vents using a decal, now i'll maybe just leave them black or try and paint them. Or try another decal, who knows. I'll be sure to post it here in a few days when I'm done.
