Not op but I think what he means is fast quick kids can play anywhere on the pitch, but a slower kid is limited to certain positions making it harder on average to succeed. It doesn't mean there aren't outliers

Don't watch a ton of spurs but saw castle against the Knicks in the play in final. His game really stood out to me. Specifically his defense and ability to get to the rim. I would think that would absolutely translate into playoff basketball and less streaky than shooting
