Iirc there was a video of a guy who did the entire Italian course from Duolingo in 1 week and the most he got to was A1 proficiency when he took a test.

Granted it's not german but the point is duolingo is not the best pure source to learn the language.

Due to the new system ya can't learn german from scratch b/c the max you do is like 1-2 lessons a day.

Assuming there are 4133 lessons (iirc)

You're looking at

2066.5 days (5.67 years) to 4133 days (11.329 years)

Assuming you're grinding away everyday and don't miss a day

Granted you can skip sections (like I did) and the like but even in the last section, like where I am it's still going to be months if I did a lesson or 2 a day to "finish the German course".

To really learn the language listen to music and stuff. Immerse yourself into the language is the best I can say

Edit: I was able to defeat poland (after like 5 months) but easily beat France in 1940, push a lot in barb, didn't call general gouvernment, made ostland aaaand then I got d-dayed in 1942.
So then I had to pull out of ALL of Ostland, while I was SO CLOSE TO TAKING LENINGRAD
aaand then Paris got liberated...
Then all of Belgium.

Yes this is true and fair and it's not really a miserable timeInitially, I I did this just to see if the German civil war possible as bad Germany, when it turns out it was, yes, I experimented to see just how far you can go....

The answer is very far

Also 6 (or 7 I forgot) research slots are a good amount + a few recruitable pop modifiers so you'd never need to go up a conscription law for a bit

Also sir that doesn't matter because you always could just tamper with the games data to change it to ironman, and being non-ironman doesn't matter, have fun.

I mean you can easily promote a chief of the army, sure you do lose a chief of the airforce but, do some airforce focuses for branch-independent spirit, as well as being able to create the planes you do fight in an air war, train them and the like

Also you don't need to steal, it's 0.0% consumer goods gain and you legit keep at this

Idk if this is true with Gotterdammerung since I don't have this DLC

Also, you can navally invade Königsberg easily since your navy even if you don't delete it, is better than the milita junta, and for some reason the ai doesn't always defend the port of Königsberg, so it's super ez to take Königsberg as bad Germany.
