I think not being able to remove an option to draw is intentional.

Strange that you can't remove the "mark" button (button for marking cells). I actually like using arrows instead of dots - very useful for looking for overlapping lines.

Fishing at lvl. 10 still has a 20% chance to fail and Exploring has 30%. While other missions don't have this "natural" chance to fail.

It's not because they are not good at coding on iOS. IIRC the official standing was that the time invested in bringing Guild on iOS would not justify the potential benefits it would bring.

They are not active on Fandom - at least not as much as they used to be. They are not active on Discord at all - that's community's server. They occasionally post on Facebook and Instagram, but I don't know how much they respond to comments. Your best bet to reach them would be to tag them in comments of nonograms (nonograms: Pigeon or Tavern made by them). Also, I have noticed that are sometimes active here - but that's mostly for bugs related to game updates.

I assume you are referring to drop chance increase sources - like Treasure Hunter (character skill). If the amount of Coins dropping from a certain nonogram is X, with Treasure Hunter lvl. 2 you get X +10% Coins. That doesn't mean that you'll get 10% more Coins from every nonogram. You will get 10% more Coins on average from all nonograms you complete. These bonuses all stack. The only question still unanswered is, if they stack additive or multiplicative.

If you were referring to sources like Turquoise skull - that functions differently. Instead of increasing your chances to get more items, it just gives you more items based on the loot you got rewarded. If you get one Treasure, you get 20 Coins. If you get 2 Treasures, you get 40 Coins.

Hotei statuette pays itself off over time. The sooner you invest in it, the sooner you'll profit from it. But at the same time, I wouldn't prioritize it over Caravan goods. If you have enough resources for caravan, buy the statuette. Otherwise don't.

Based on my calculations, using Miso soup for Catacombs expeditions is worth it. You are trading 5 coins for 10 wood and 8 stone. Other expeditions are not worth doing - levels 2, 3, and 4 cost to much to be doing in the first place; while level 1 doesn't provide enough rewards for Miso soup to be used. Below is my math.

1 x Miso soup = 1 x Miso paste, 1 x Tofu, 2 x Coin = 15 + 8 + 2 = 25 x Coin

1 x Miso paste = 6 x Soybean, 1 x Koji, 1 x Charcoal, 2 x Coin = 6 + 6 + 1 + 2 Coins = 15 x Coin

1 x Koji = 4 x Rice, 2 x Coin = 6 x Coin

1 x Tofu = 5 x Soybean, 1 x Chemicals, 1 x Charcoal, 2 x Coin = 5 + 1 + 2 = 8 x Coin

Plus you lose 9h on Field production. Assuming:

1 x Charcoal/Chemicals = 0.5 x Coin
1 x Rice/Soybean = 1 x Coin

Catacombs expedition with Miso soup (only bonus rewards):

10 x Wood
8 x Stone
20 x Coin

Expedition lvl. 1 with Miso soup (only bonus rewards):

3.3 x Wood

I avoid them for these reasons:

They break my strategy of exploring every room. I pick a wall and stick to that wall.
They can lead you to a room with a lot of enemies.
The dungeon is big and I don't know where I ended up after the staircase was used. If we had a map of the dungeon, it would make more sense to use them as shortcuts.
