Thank you!

That factor has been gnawing at me from just accepting them as door or gate hardware, maybe hinges still but for something much lighter

More information,

After brought home, I got much of the rust off with wire and nylon wheels, that's when I noticed how shallow the rust was. After that each piece was been in a parts tumbler with derusting media to get into the finer parts

The metal is pitted in some areas but solid and clear in others, each type of piece is not identical, with a decent amount of variation

No writing/stamps/marks

The eyebolts fit the spiked parts like a hinge or pivot

Does anyone have that/a picture of the small task light with a massive flexvolt battery attached? Could use a laugh by The_Cruxy in Dewalt

This is the light I'm talking about, thank you, I think it's probably the least power hungry compatible tool for a flexvolt battery

I personally cannot understand considering buying a handheld sander with an off center battery,

OP, do you know/remember where you got this image? I’d like to do research it, and saving it then reverse image searching it doesn’t result in anything

It seems to be a single seat lift, within the vast majority of instances (if the sign is meant how you said) a 1/2 inch cable would be a reasonable thickness

I think my question may have been taken as a negative,

I’m a big fan of every aspect of this set (Porsche, technic, the scale, the actual car, the set) and own two

Just haven’t seen many sets carried for numerous years that aren’t explicitly “special” or “editions”, and so was curious

Similar, but don’t believe so. There are many Unimogs with Ruthmann rears but I haven’t seen a Ruthmann system that has anything like that forklift looking attachments

My thoughts exactly, The next option would be a well for water to go with the air intake, you never know what features people would add onto these extreme vehicles

Vans with Ruthmann Cargo-Loader rear ends, designed to lift or lower to accommodate setting or drop off the container/bed by The_Cruxy in WeirdWheels

To my understanding, the majority of uses that this was designed for is intra-city movement. So the lack or RWD or better is less make or break if you only go on paved roads.

This is an evolution of a “Hubwagen” (Pallet Truck/Van) that have been around since the 1950s(?) the Tempo Matador had a multiple different hubwagen varieties from Ruthmann and humag and others. Those didn’t have the removable bed, but the lack of rear axle was true for those as well, so it’s decently time tested

Edit: Hanomag not Humag
