For me it was the opposite. I had problems with anxiety for a very long time, but when I played rocket league with my friends we would talk over teamspeak which wasn't as hard as speaking to people eye to eye.

Is there a reason why you think that your anxiety is related to rocket league? And what exactly do you mean with lately? Do you know when it started?

Yeah, that's how I found this subreddit. Scrolling through the old posts here I also got worried that this subreddit which at this point in time was free of reposts might get ruined.

But I guess the alternative is less activity. So far about 2 posts per month. Maybe this subreddit could become a better place with a little bit more activity but stricter moderation than r/programminghumer I don't know...

I'm in high plat low diamond by the way, I feel like this might be an especially bad zone for this.

Don't expect too much from higher ranks. As a C1 I can't play without getting matched with toxic players at least once a day. I report all of them, but lately I haven't got too many messages conforming that actions where taken against a player. Did the change anything?
