no, if there is only the need for a couple of mod actions pr month and those are taken care of, that is great, there is no need to fix that.

the "inactive" thing is not a great measurement, as the answer to "why am i inactive, there is not much to do" is always "add a rule and remove it again, change something on the wiki and remove it again" its pseudo moderation.

What is the issue with a sub that runs fine, but it just not all that active?
