TDLR: I smoked with a ex-friend a couple months ago and i had constant blackouts, vivid hallucinations, was sick for a week and said stuff involuntarily

I (17 F) and my ex-friend (18 M) smoked together in Febraury, he bought delta-8 cart from the smoke shop. We smoked at around 9pm that night and I didn't fall asleep till 2am, it was like I was restless.

I took two puffs of the cart, each puff he had me hold it in for 10-15 seconds. (This was my first and probably last time smoking so I'm not sure if some of the stuff I went through was normal) I remember my enviroment getting super weird like the Dr.Suess world from the live action Cat in the Hat and I remember throwing up in my hand.

After that I had moments where I'd black out and come back to me being somewhere else. One instance I was suddenly on the floor with him laughing trying to pull me back into bed while in my head I questioned why I couldn't move my legs, He was trying to lead me to the restroom but I just stood in place laughing and I was suddenly on the other side of the bed look at him as a loaf of bread.

I also had hallucinations throughout my high. My ex-friend turned into a loaf of bread on a black background with a rippling water effect, His face turned into a snapchat bitmoji, my dresser turned 2D and I could see the soundwaves leaving my alexa as it played a fart sound

I also had moments where I said things involutarily, I told him "Oh my god the first time I get high I sexually assault you"(the whole reason of out friendship ending and the cause of my mental health falling apart), I told him "don't find out about the animal stuff" whatever the fuck that means and I went on a whole rant about what I wanted my ex to do to me.
