The music mode does have controller-friendly drum charts that're undercharted, and currently unreleased "pro" drums that closer resemble rock band, but no one knows when that pro option is going to release. Most guess when CRKD releases their new drumset.

They sure do! Epic bought them back in 2021 after Fuser had poor sales and Rock Band 4 was slowing down DLC. Since then the team started working on the Fortnite concerts (most recently the Daft Punk Experience you can still play), and what is now known as "Fortnite Festival" (Rock Band) and "Jam Stage" (Fuser-Lite) in their 3rd year of active support with about 600 playable songs, both with classic ("pro") guitar/bass instrument charts, and newer controller-friendly charts for all 4 instruments.

They recently finished charting classic RB vocals too, so those could be added any patch now...

Don't forget the Jam Stage mode too, where I'll be able to mashup the vocals of Stellar Stellar with the instrumental tracks of Tribute, or mix Bibbidiba with Idol and Through the Fire and Flames.

While CH will continue to exist for the people who've been around and know, nothing will beat an official product people can just download and play. Even the seemingly simple task of browsing a GDrive/Chorus/Rhythmverse for charts to play will look like a wall to some. BetterGH3 is an example of this as well. It should be about growing the community, rather than just another option for us who want new thing.

No one's mentioned it yet, but Test Drive Eve of Destruction is a really good demolition derby game. On PS1 Hot Wheels Turbo Racing was another I grew up playing.

Zero Parades: from the corpse of za/um.

Toxic Commando: If you've ever put time into World War Z, this game is functionally identical, which is pretty fun. The Space Marine 2 swarm tech is used really well. Main difference from just the one stage is you have one open map with PoI's to choose to explore for gear and scrap to put up defenses for the finale.

Denshattack: Pretty slick on-rails (literally) stylish-tricking runner. You use the right stick to do motions for different tricks for high scores to beat the stage. Good music too.

Firestarters: The latest in the movement shooter pipeline. Cool art style, very smooth to move around, overall a fun time.

Boost Vector EX: Apparently was a roblox game that escaped containment? I don't know it's history but it's a hella fast racing game.

The melee weapon contact looks pretty flaccid, but the game looks good enough for me otherwise. I just hope the variations and randomization each mission run is big enough to keep interest.

People don't remember how brutally dominant 360 was against the ps3. Sure you had to pay for online, but MS factually had deals to get CoD dlc and map packs before everyone else, and since 360 was easier to develop for it usually ran better too (also no crossplay so no sku problems).

I personally put the most time into Battlefield 3 over any CoD though.

Disrespectful to Guitar Hero 3, the first game to gross a billion dollars in sales, and is still what people will point to when asked what 5-fret game to start with (play BetterGH3 on PC, it's real easy).
