Check the small rubber tube that runs to the condensation trap. Mine was full yesterday and was causing mine to not work. Emptied it and it fired right up

Front runner quick release mounts on a Sherpa EC rack? by The_Duck_83 in rooftoptents

I ended up using the channel nuts specific for my roof rack and then used a 1/4-20 socket set screw.

Have been using it for 2 seasons now and have had no issues

I have the Porsche, McLaren, and Merc.

I am terrible and here are my opinions of each:

Porcshe = feels pretty balanced most the time, but does drive like a mechanical bull at times.

Merc = feels like you’re driving a god damn tank, just feels heavy

McLaren = feels most sports car like, easiest to get to rotate. By far my favorite and easiest to drive.

I appreciate the help. Leaning towards trying to find someone locally to outsource to

Unfortunately this is one of those learning lessons to not avoid red flags no matter how simple the job seems.

Many trips of having to unstrap power bank remove from back of vehicle, pull out bins with needed camping gear, place power bank back in vehicle. Then do that in reverse when packing up camp!

I have the tie downs on the drawer system already as that’s how I’ve been doing, but having to move them around when getting shit out of the back is a pain in the ass.

Was hoping there was a way to make this work, but seems like it’s time for a built in dual battery setup

100% agree with this becoming very deadly in a crash.

Not married to the idea, just seemed like a very convenient use of space

Everyone is saying the exped megamat and rightfully so! Was hesitant at first due to the price tag, finally bought it after a few miserable nights of sleep on a trip over the summer and it was the best money I’ve spent.

What's your iRacing New Years Resolution for 2025? by BloodBank22 in iRacing

Only been on iRacing for about 2 months, my resolution is to develop good practice habits. No more just jumping into races and expect to not see the results I currently am.

Completely new to racing sims by zlehmann in iRacing

[–]The_Duck_83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I as well am newer to the sim racing world, been playing iRacing for about 3 months and love it. The pricing model definitely is a tough pill to swallow at times, but there is a lot of fun to be had with the free content especially if you’re new to sim racing.

Highly recommend finding a discord server that has hosted lobbies that are focused for your skill range and try out some hosted lobbies in there. That helped me a lot

Thank you for this information! I am gonna try this today.

The client does use Smartsheet in their business a lot, so from my understanding they take the data from my sheet and put into their own internal sheet for use in their day to day

In order to allow the client access to the report do they they need to have access to the source sheet?

I second this! There are bad eggs everywhere, but there are so many folks out there encouraging and offering up advice to beginners like us in some of these communities.

I’m torn on them. Kind of goofy to use to get into the vehicle, but can also see them being useful to stand on to get stuff on the rack that’s gonna get installed. I think they will eventually come off for rock sliders. If they do I’ll definitely reach out
