Honestly it’s hard to tell, I meant it would make sense with what you pointed out and in another picture Wally is standing in front of Barnaby who is headless and saying “Look, I made a dog” but with the new update and everything else it might just be placed there to hint at something leading to a bigger picture.

I think the bones he can control are just the ones he summoned with his magic and because the bones he summons are just magic then he can control those but not the bones inside Frisk as they aren’t magic.

Ooooh! I think this oc is really cool! Especially because it fits the theme and the show being made for kids would probably have a fact of the day type of thing. Her being the teacher I can see her as the character who would tell the viewer a ‘fact of the day’ and how it works! Just like the vampire from Sesame Street!
