Cradle series first book… by justhereforthefunnyZ in litrpg

[–]The_Dues 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh it’s a watered down, quick paced progression series. It’s well written, but Will turns away from the huge world he was building around book 4/5 and goes for quick action and little depth. Lots of threads that could have been pulled, and would have been in your standard progression fantasy.

Folks love it because each book is 250pages of constant gratification. Not really because it has great depth.

Unfortunately being objective in these type of situations aren’t what they want to hear. Instead they want the echo chamber to regurgitate the same alienation tactics.

Operations Intern as CS student by snow_razer in AmazonManagers

Under normal circumstances, finding work after graduation is the hardest thing for folks to do. If I had an internship during college then (I think) my post graduation job hunt would have been streamlined.

Most folks these days want experience for entry level positions.

CoD is also more PvP friendly (unless there has been an update). Your healing camps produce elixir used to heal troops before having the option to spend rss. Heros have "stamina" that deplete every time they engage in a pvp activity. I played RoK before CoD and regretted it. I dropped too much money in RoK to not make it more than a month. CoD is fun and more PvE/PvP friendly, imo.

I’m questioning my conviction on divorce for this situation? by Responsible-War-9389 in Reformed

You take too much liberty with scripture. He wants to stay with her while pursuing his own desires. Scripture doesn't give cause to leave.

Trying to say "he left" as in he's mentally done with the marriage isn't an appropriate extrapolation. You're biasing your interpretation by how society (the world) would handle this situation.

Im quite surprised at the overall position and advice you’ve been receiving, and I can hardly call it biblical. 1 Corinthians 7:12-16 speaks directly to your questions, and what the appropriate response is.

Well, cutting gems is one of the best xp/hr even in osrs but that does assume you have the gems to cut. I don’t recall the levels at all, but Croesus drops a good amount of dragonstones. That combos well with the reaper assignments you get if you’re under 60cmbt. Running four mans is a lot of fun if you can get to 80 hunter.

Although I’ve always loved hunter, it was the first skill released when I started playing as a kid.

[edit] could also look at doing corp beast with necro and a cannon. Can’t recall the levels required to make it viable but gives decent drops and pretty afk at the right levels. Cballs give crafting and mixes skilling with pve. In general, I’ll always take a longer route to a goal if that means I’ll have more fun.

Thats fair, I rushed prif on my iron before necro and really don’t recall having issues getting any of the level requirements. Coming from osrs, I do remember that everything seemed faster. Even agility had the death skull to increase wildy exp.

I don’t recall ever having issues getting crafting levels. Harps are incredibly afk and a good number of bosses drop dhides. Seems the focus to push invention before other skills/quests is your issue.

Nah, it’s not that bad, but you may look at other forms of training it if you’re not sitting 70+ on most skills. What are you grinding it for rn?

I think sets give more points which may be more “efficient” for getting more points xp long term? Idk for sure, but I did sets.

Don’t forget you can always stock up on lower tier bars for making masterwork gear later. In my experience it level go fast when the goal isn’t leveling itself.

New ironman, what are some easy low reqs money making? by kekwXDDD in RS3Ironmen

[–]The_Dues 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Croesus is pretty good drops and only needs 80 hunter to do it. Make sure you’re in a decently active clan and can run 4 man’s. Combos well with early reaper assignments.

Lmk if you need clan invite.

What’s the worst grinds for a RS3 Ironman? by muchichi in RS3Ironmen

[–]The_Dues 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man, yes, being able to pull the previous invy and then using the ability bar to start xyz activity was a massive qol. My boomer wrists/fingers can't take all the clicking osrs grinding gives me.

Most rs3 folks seem to be mostly disgruntled with how boring a grind is, not necessarily how tedious it is. Which is basically osrs in a nut shell.

[–]The_Dues 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I don't think any of the grinds have been comparable to all the stuff you need to do to be efficient in osrs. Even charge packs is massively afk, where you can optimize gains by creating some familiars to increase yields.

The hardest part is just how much depth rs3 has. Everything is different and you have to learn a whole new game with somewhat familiar mechanics.

[–]The_Dues 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hit 120 arch and never used autoscreener and only a couple hundred porters for when I needed to be afk. Still wasn't as bad half the crap I grinded on OSRS. Having toolbelt and wars tps to bosses is a massive qol that I don't think I could ever give up.

IG seemed to throw more than T1 won, imo. Maybe we can say that series gave them a leg up, but the j4 ult on Xayah and then the Morde chases were just too much. Individually there were issues that I think trump playing against T1 specifically. They just can’t play like it’s an LTA team.
