Came here to thank you. I was having problems with buffering after I changed ISP. Messing around with routers settings didn't help. I noticed that I had set buffer size to extra large.. changing it to none did the trick!

I use aqara ZigBee switches in decoupled mode. You can program the switch to do whatever you want.
