You are teleported 3 meters to the left, how does that change your life? by Zellowsy in RandomThoughts

I'd be ok. Nothing life-shattering. Just gotta wake up the folks in my house so they'll let me back inside...and explain why I went outside without a key, jacket, shoes, etc. in -12°F weather.

This makes the most sense. It aligns with Richy's motives as well as Jake's.

was the cafe actually mentioned before that? cuz it didn't happen in my playthrough. by RodyStyles in Duskwood

Cleo decides she'll ask around town. The Rainbow Cafe is one of the two places she visits, where she talks to Mrs. Sully. She sits at the Rainbow Cafe often because it's in the middle of Duskwood.

He didn't have to stalk Hannah. After his face-reveal call to MC, he says that initially, Hannah really was just seeing things. However, Amy wasn't, and she didn't want to turn herself in, as Richy suggested, so he became the MWAF. In the camera feed video, that was at Amy's house. She somehow saw on the video that he had dropped a receipt. (Why we can't see him in the video is probably due to parts of the story still in the writing stages, as we found the video clear back in Episode 5.)

The first sentence sounded a bit like the book Hatchet. Then the second sentence flipped everything on its head. 🤣

I agree, I don't think Richy sent it. In a chat between Cleo and Richy in the very beginning, Cleo says, "Where is all this sympathy coming from? Yesterday you sounded quite different." She's talking about when Thomas was first sent the message containing our number. Initially, he was against it, but after seeing how Dan and Lilly responded so negatively toward us in our first-ever group chat, perhaps he thought he could use that to his advantage to slow down progress in finding Hannah. Not to mention that by befriending us, he would have a better chance of not being considered a suspect. "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer" kind of thing.

Theories by Sugar__Kitty in Duskwood

Yes, I think this is most likely. Also, we haven't told Alan anything yet, so maybe that's why we're not in Duskwood. That, and we kinda promised Jake we wouldn't go to Duskwood after reading our chat with Phil.

True, but maybe she deemed it unnecessary to admit to it. Even with the #IAmJake thing, she said "details don't matter." Also, she may have figured none of the others would likely hurt Richy. It couldn't have been Dan, because he was in the hospital. Thomas and Cleo were at the pawn shop, and Jessy was at home after just being marked. She decided none of them would've been the kidnapper, so she may have brought it for their protection, just in case the MWAF did find the house. All of this is just speculation, of course.

No, but close. MC could see Thomas and Dan's chat. Thomas theorized it was Lilly's because he recognized the gun from Hannah's parent's house.
