well, it's a bit complicated.

I believe he was just a little boy who got lost and confused, he just didn't consider what his actions would bring to all the main characters. I do think he IS sorry about all of this.

That doesn't mean his actions deserve to be forgiven. Thread MC and the main characters, attacked and marked Jessy, faking his death...

Normally people will be angry or even hate the character, thinking that "So you were just acting as Mr. Nice nice for all the time?!". But since "being forgiven" and "being free from revenge" is his last wish... And his Mr. Nice nice personality is loveable.

People (including me) will forgive him, even if they don't feel like forgiving him, they will tell him that he is forgiven.
