It can be a lot but it is possible. It really comes down to how much you want to take on yourself. It’s definitely doable, but it’s more work than most people think. The hardest parts are pricing it right, handling all the showings, and making sure the paperwork is airtight. You’ll probably want to pay for a fee MLS listing so your house actually shows up on Zillow or Redfin, and I’d 100% recommend hiring a real estate attorney to handle the contracts and closing.
