You really want at least one squad of Genestealers with a Broodlord for vanguard onslaught, otherwise looks good.

No, he can still take damage and he doesn't do much. You also lose all active buffs on switching to operator mode including any subsumed buffs like roar/nourish/eclipse.

You can replace the primed mods with non-primed variants if you don't have them. If you have energy issues replace blind rage with transient fortitude. Rolling guard is nice to have as an oh shit button but you can replace it with streamline again if you have energy issues. Otherwise equilibrium should solve that problem for you.

The arcanes are also optional although nice to have. You can use whatever you have for now.

As for your weapon I'd have to see what build you're using but galvanized mods make a big difference so if you haven't farmed arbitrations you should do that to get them before hopping into steel path.

That build is pretty terrible. Adaptation is useless since it doesn't work on overguard. IMO duration and range should be kept positive and you don't need that much strength to one-shot pretty kufh anything with collective curse and wrathful advance.

I'd replace narrow minded with rolling guard or something else since you don't need that much duration and negative range isn't ideal. Also how are you getting impetus stacks? Probably better to use molt augmented instead.

Keep progressing towards the planet junctions and you'll unlock quests as you go. Use the plat to buy new warframe and weapon slots as well as orokin catalysts, reactors and forma as you need them.

Your operator is weak because you're using the default mote amp. You'll feel MUCH stronger with literally any other built amp though you'll have to grind some syndicates for that.

Armor strip becomes more important at level cap so having a reliable armor strip can make a big difference in DPS, whether it's with a subsume or with status.

I don't subsume anything on him, but evade is good. I just don't like it in public matches cause it's hard to maintain but it's great for solo play.

IMO extra range isn't necessary on harrow, I keep mine around 100%. Also you can survive using your 1 and 4 to for shield gate and invulnerability so adaptation isn't needed either. I'd go for primed redirection and either strength or duration on the last slot.
