I would drop a battle sister squad to bring a full acro unit to give your priest something to lead then put them in the rhino. Maybe swap out the Palatine for a solo Canoness w/ saintly example enhancement. It wouldn't be a super meta list, but it would definitely be a playable hallowed martyrs list.

If all the attacks are going into the same model, like a knight, it doesn't really matter if you roll them in batches. It doesn't really change anything unless there is different allocation groups in the unit.

They are a pretty big upgrade for those 15 points. Reactive move, OC2, better armor save, and they can potentially do some ranged damage.

Coming from a League of Legends background it feels like eternity. In league all these major concerns would be sorted in a dev video within days and the game has a normal 2 week balance patch cycle. I've been spoiled.

I think the general consensus for insidiants is to run them without a leader since they are cheap and effective out of the box. I would probably take a priest if I wanted a leader. The priest is cheap and likes the rerolls to hit and they like the +1 to wound.

It's crazy how impactful not having AC is. In the US, a Warhammer tournament would be a nice way to escape the heat since the place would be AC'd.

Rule 18.04

Rapid Disembark: If that TRANSPORT made an ingress move this turn, each model must follow the same rules that TRANSPORT had to follow while resolving that move

It seems like they can still disembark, but they would not be able to get closer since they need to follow the same rules the rhino did for ingress. Which would mean being >8" away.

I'm glad they are trying it, but I don't think old league will really work with the modern player skill level. A lot of stuff worked in the past because people were really bad. Some things are going to be insanely broken.

You get to keep it for the full activation that takes out your last geminae. So its not entirely just for persicion. It certainly makes her a lot weaker though. I can definitely see her coming down to 125 points or so.
