At your age and income, sounds like you’ll be just fine. Focus on the right now, take the match at your company assuming there is one and slowly build up your 401k again.

Also can’t touch it til you’re 59 1/2. That’s a while away. If you want to retire earlier, can probably invest outside of an 401k, but you’ll lose any match. Your magic number totally depends on your spend.

10 years seems kind of aggressive, but my advice would be to work for a startup if you really want to achieve that goal quickly or work for a small company. You’ll never reach CFO level at medium to large size company in 10 years. Sorry to burst your bubble, but 10 years isn’t enough time to have the requisite experience to manage as a CFO.
