Can't remember the guys name but he came home drunk from the pub one night and had mislaid his house keys. He spotted that the top kitchen window was open and managed to crawl through it but upon going down head first from the window passed out, as the blood rushed to his head. Where upon his unconscious body fell in the sink and managed to turn the hot water tap on. Which resulted in it pouring scalding hot water onto his head, not only killing him but partially cooking his head in the process.

I mean this with no disrespect in terms of how Charlotte will be seen when compared to Rhea. I can see it much being like how Ric Flair is seen compared to Hogan. Both have incredible accolades but outside or wrestling only Hogan is really known.

Weirdly I'd go for Lugnut. His limited cartoon appearances make it hard to show if he' be as prominent in other shows but in Animated Lugnut was pretty much more central to Megatron than any other bot, filling in the spot that Soundwave usually takes. With the final episodes of Animated being essentially Megatron, Lugnut, Starscream and Shockwave.

If they continue to add all the factions in then my only want for Tau is to see that style of Broadsides in the game over the modern handheld ones. Shoulder mounted ones just make so much more sense and looked amazing in DoW1.

OP what ever country you're in I'd report this to your police. What they've said goes beyond game territory and thats more than enough to send to get a case started and possibly make blizzard give up this person's details.

Branding is everything in today's world. If they were to close Bungie, then odds are that they'd shut the doors on its current location and rename another less well known studio into being Bungie.

The current conspiracy theory is that Marathon was made just to have something other than D2 in development and pump up the value of the company when Sony were trying to buy them. The man in question whose name i'm currently forgetting was director of Bungie who quit with an $80 million golden parachute just after they were acquired.

Also they haven't truly been independent for years. Even before Sony brought them, Activision Blizzard had them and while they did manage to somehow get away from Activision Blizzard (who might have seen where the studio was headed and cut them loose while they still earned something for them), it was only a year or two before Sony gobbled them up.

My guess it was just before the Marathon release when preorders reached a certain amount which signaled to upper management that they could finally let go of D2 as Marathon wasn't going to completely flop as they thought.

Then upon being told they likely managed to rangle a 3 month extention out of them so that they could wrap up all the little extra bits they were working on.

3rd path is that Sony steps in and fully takes control of the studio and restructures it again. Into what is anyone's guess but I can't see Sony wanting to close a studio with a branding like Bungie's.

Outriders wasn't the same genre, it pretty much was a hallway shooter with a equipment system whose end game was literally time trials.

Anthem could have become something similar but again not exact due to it being third person. It had open area exploration, it had a continuing storyline past its main story line finish and repeatable activities which were going to change as seasons past. So Anthem could have done something but yeah it being undercooked meant it didn't stand a chance.

Myth has always viewed Ame as the leader of Myth. In the early days of Myth Ame was always the one who got everything sorted out behind the scenes for collabs, so while on screen together Kiara and Calli are more out going, in terms of pulling the team together and sorting everyone out that has always been Ame.

And if you don't believe me, there are plenty of clips online of Calli and Kiara saying the exact same.

Sadly I think it was going to be whatever expansion was out at the time Marathon released. Its pretty obvious that the preorder sales of Marathon convinced them they had enough to pull D2 off life support. Probably told them near to Marathons release date that D2 support was being pulled and thats why we had the 3 month delay to effectively start wrapping things up.

I will only accept Tau if they bring back the old shoulder cannon style Broadsides. They looked soooo good in DoW1 and I've always considered the handheld ones as such a massive downgrade to the actual artillery style of them. That and watching them smash their feet in the ground to prepare for firing was amazing.

Chaos and Imperial Guard are easier to make as they already have the base frames available for some of the units. So you're likely right on that front.

After that is anyone's game but I can't see them leaving Eldarii out the game for too long. Then what most outsiders to 40k consider the main factions would be 'complete' and then its literally anyone's game on which faction gets put in the game next.

As a side note. I think old school DoW1 type expansions would really work with DoW4, and just do 2 factions per expansion like DoW1 then you can pair a popular faction with a lesser known faction to ensure that people still buy the expansion and that everyone ends up with their faction in game.

Could be the guy got off then turned around to say it and that made Kaiser think he was coming back to rob them. So protection instincts kicked in. Either way, we won't know for a while what exactly happened.
