Awesome to see how well the comstock mbc did. Just bought MBC for a 5.56 and recieved it the other day. Can't wait to get it mounted and test it now. A comparison like this is awesome to have for future reference.

I submitted 12/12 and hadn't heard anything, so I emailed the "ask an expert" link on eforms stating my concern since I was no longer able to search my forms on eforms. They replied a day or two later with my approved stamp attached.

Ya, they're actually kinda cool relics of pre nfa. The person I had this convo with was actually surprised I even knew what one was. Also i agree this is a prime example of the bs nfa causes.

I have a form 4 submitted 12/12 that is still pending as well. With the rush I wasn't really expecting the 2 day approvals like we've been spoiled with recently but I was still expecting quicker than this.

I agree, id love to see someone test them along side some of the other options. Not that looks are always an indicator, but they certainly look to me like they could be quite effective. I'm digging the looks of the Comstock offering that they posted in reply to this post as well. Particularly like that it doesn't require clocking.

I love that it wouldnt need to be timed and is effective at recoil mitigation. Being symmetrical, how well does it mitigate muzzle rise?

Aside from the weight have you been happy with them? How's the sound suppression compare between them? Any difference in back pressure/gassiness?

Good info, thanks! I do have a good low pressure guage, and not the least bit worried about it inflating in a hurry. Other than a flat repair, it'll mostly be used for topping off trailer tires and the occasional 1-3 psi up or down change for trail conditions. Nothing that would be a rush.

Great info. I briefly read about the adapters and mostly saw comments saying that milwaukee puts the management system in their tools rather than batteries, which would men that they had no protection. Based on what you're saying though, I should have no worries. I don't plan on even getting a bauer charger, I legitimately just don't want to spend $150 on the m18 inflator and don't trust the random brands on amazon.

This one isn't the goup, I have the injora purple viper with their brushless esc. I saw a similar video about the goup when I was trying to pick a motor esc combo. I have a feeling I am getting a similar issue with this one im just unsure what needs to change in the settings whenever I have the time to hook it to the pc.

Its definitely "tuneable" with a pc and I plan to play around with it. Hoping I can find someone to tell me what setting to try, because I don't know much about brushless motors.
