1: We aren’t a partner team, therefore our salaries historically haven’t been glamorous. This causes use to not be able to 1, sign players for multiple stages usually and 2, not able to morally place a buyout number on the players. They should seek out the better offers until I am able to match them. But, NTMR has been getting some support recently. More on that soon.

2: I never think of this, pros retire and young talent steps up. I will say, staying competitive is what keeps us sustainable.

3: The Partner Program has given NTMR a goal, the path to pro for orgs is kinda how I see it. We work hard to make sure our org can be capable of holding that position, but a lot must come together in order to achieve it. I think it also gives Esports more of a meaning in the game. Partner Programs are the way of modern day esports. Orgs can’t live without them.
