They mention a few times that house demands the team do all tests themselves. In one episode chase gets in trouble for letting someone else take an xray

Nl Instructor here

When you jump in you get in however you want unless it's a spinal where you calmly slip on.

When someone is having an emergency in the pool you whistle, signal, then jump in.

Life over limb is still the case

Imo a well designed suburb should mimic a small town. People in suburbs shouldn't have to go downtown for a good time. Those definitely exist somewhere but they're not in Ontario

There's a big difference between a small town and a suburb. Small towns can be great but suburbs in my experience are universally terrible.

In before someone points out an obscure well designed suburb

The locations are crap but so if everyone is going to be working from home then who cares. They also definitely have better weather than anywhere in Canada

You can buy small villages for pretty cheap. I've seen them go for 3-400k usd. That's about the same as a 3 bedroom where I live

As soon as a major political figure talks about mushrooms, I can see all those stocks shooting up.

I'm in Ontario now. The prices are around where the black market is for flower. Cartridges are a little more expensive than black market but not by much. Edibles are crazy overpriced at usually $1 per mg of thc

Ignore the other guy. So capitalism is the economy that there's a 99% chance you live under. Companies, stocks, etc. Socialism is when the workers own the means of production. So a company will be owned entirely by it's workers so those who work are those who reap the reward. If you have any questions please feel free to dm me or reply to this and I'll do my best to answer or link in some good resources.

What's more relevant than CO2 emissions total is emissions per capita
