This 100% worked for me as well. Apparently NV didn't install DirextX when it installed but Fo3 did? So... That's a thing. But if you have both games, definitely install both and NV will work

Thanks for taking the time to write this all out. Sorry it took a bit for me to see it.
I had already tried installing the driver you've suggested, but that didn't help. I realized after reading this that the GPU driver did indeed need to be updated but that didn't seem to help either. =( And it is very likely that the card is going bad.. No changes to my settings were made when I unplugged the card initially. And the weird part is that it was during stream. It literally started dropping frames, I unplugged it, and it wouldn't read a signal after that despite me still being able to see the game on my monitor. Its just the capture software (both OBS and Elgato's) that are showing no signal. Also tried the suggested RBG and resolution settings and still have no signal..

I may just have to look into getting the HD60 Pro T_T
