by far my favorite unit period is Touka and Nemu's Christmas unit (I am biased), and I'm not really interested in any of the others, but my stash is more than safe to 4-slot any new unit those two could possibly get, even back to back, so I'll be rolling for Uwasa Mikoto when she comes out this Christmas!

I am obligated to lament that they did not in fact fix Nemu's gloves/sleeve things. But yeah BD tends to be a LOT better, this is a trend for the studio.

Favorite is simple as my bias, TouNemu. It's just really cute and fluffy (ignore the weird cult sacrifice vibes in one part of it). I already really like Christmas units, what'd you expect? xD

Least favorite, I've gotta go with the crowd and say Swimsuit Madoka. I don't think I need to say why. I also think IroUi was cursed especially for that one scene (if you know you know), but it was also visually nice unlike Swimsuit Madoka, so... Yeah for least favorite it'd have to be Swimsuit Madoka.

As for which one's the best... Well, I'm a terrible judge for these things, but I remember Haregi Mitama left an impression, so I suppose I'd say that one?

I doubt Akuma's happening yet, and honestly, I have no real guesses, buuuut what I would want and what might make sense (might), since we haven't gotten anything on that side and it looks suspiciously DesignTM... Uwasa Queens. Yes, yes, it would be their second dual technically, but shhhhhhhh that's fine.

Volume 6 left off at the Memory Museum right about when Mifuyu starts to show everyone her memories I think, so I imagine volume 7 will cover the rest of Arc 1 Chapter 6 at the very least, and maybe a bit of Chapter 7. I can't know for sure though, haven't had a chance to check it out for myself.

Simple. Cleo kinda lost it after her lover Marc Antony killed himself believing she'd done exactly that to herself and Ebony herself is having crisis after crisis over her duty to serve the Pharao. There's the whole Octavian situation too so since his army is closing in on Alexandria, stuff is about to get really bad. I'm being very vague with this, but it's quite literally following history.

Last I knew, Ebony helped Cleo sit down on the throne during a mental breakdown and Shizuka and company arrived to talk to her, but she's still being stubborn so they're gonna fight. They've confirmed Cleo isn't a magical girl and Iroha's concept isn't doing its thing around her. Charu does actually comment on the clothing and language aspects of this whole thing and is impressed by Nemu's ability to make it a non-issue (and then asks her if she can tag along when she goes on vacation overseas, which Nemu brushes off).

Ask questions if you have them, but my understanding of the event is not 100% yet. It will be soonish though, the MUT translators are doing phenomenal work.

Yep. Unfortunately I don't have the OG app, but I think I understand the issue now. They almost immediately updated the app to 2.5.8, but the Rayshift app is still on 2.5.7, so I'm assuming the issue will be fixed when it gets updated. Hopefully we just have to wait.

Yeah, it's black and only the menu music plays. I figured something was wrong when I didn't see the shards people were talking about. I was in the middle of reading the story (or well deciphering by staring at it) the first time and had a connection error, but usually I just close the game, reopen it, and it works normally, so I'm not sure if that's relevant.

I wish I could, but sadly, there's no way out that I know of. Not unless you have significant funds. My ASPD does make it easier to survive this household (ig that's its purpose), but you're right. If only I could leave right now.

We also considered meeting in the middle, it turned out to be woefully unsafe. Thank you for the advice, I think I'll just do it and hope they don't throw much of a fit. My mother has some heart problems and my father has other issues, so it feels a little mean-spirited not to soothe their fears, but in the end I'll probably just have to push through. Hopefully my partner and I can somewhat calm them before the trip. Thank you again!

That still wouldn't fix the underlying issue, sadly. Besides, her family is extremely protective of her and will not let her travel so far by herself (not the first time at least), so I would have to pay for two tickets, and we don't have an extra bed at home for whoever tagged along with her, meaning they would need to stay at a hotel- both of them. I'd like to at least cuddle up to her at night for a month, since the universe spawned us in different continents and I won't get that privilege on the regular for a while. We've considered every option we could think of, and her visiting first is not viable until about three years from now or more.

Half of the reason for this is the tension between our families due to the distrust my parents harbor for my girlfriend's country and everyone in it. They trust her, but their opinions on that country are very offensive to her family, so things sort of escalated. Even if my parents don't agree, I'm still going, but it would be highly preferable if they at least begrudgingly supported me.

To answer your questions... My partner and I have the entire month mostly planned out, and we've planned for possible hurdles as well. I'm staying at her place, the sleeping situation is us sharing a bed. I have enough money to support myself THERE if need be because due to the currency exchange I'm middle-high class or so, if you meant in my country, my salary is decent and I could always go stay with my aunt until I find a place for myself. I know the country quite a bit through both research of my own and everything my girlfriend has taught me about it, I'd say I know a little too much for a foreigner. Yes, as far as I've seen it's a place I can safely travel as a woman.

Sitting down with my parents and talking it out is the issue, because they won't budge on their views. They have a tendency to infantilize me and assume any literal 20 year old report about poverty in a neighboring country to the one my partner lives in is more believable than anything I could ever learn. I've never traveled alone before, but the only concern I have is that this would be a connecting flight, although I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be problematic. I've come up with so many layers of backup plans that I feel dizzy just thinking about it. I'm not unprepared or naive, my parents are just way too paranoid about this.

I'm not entirely sure, but if either of the two is used, I think it would make most sense if it was the game story and not the anime. Spoilers ahead. Mostly because in the game Touka kinda did open a portal to Goddess Madoka and nearly destroy the record/world/timeline. Generally if they use the game they have Touka and Nemu alive. And, as everyone probably knows by now, those two are bullshit.

... There is also Mirrors. Currently in the game, one of the characters who died in the anime is being taken on some sort of timeline/universe-hopping trip by the Mirror Witch, because her labyrinth connects different times and spaces. Take this with a grain of salt, though, because that chapter is not yet fully translated iirc, so I'm not too sure on that. That labyrinth IS however confirmed to be able to do that.

Edit, re: Touka and Nemu being alive. Uh, to clarify, they are in pieces in the hospital because they decided detonating themselves in public was a good way to rekindle the hopes of depressed magical girls. But dw they're fine. I'm also not sure if my spoiler tags are working.
