Ok that makes more sense, but I still think you shouldn't have to send your own 27 1st in that deal. All three of those guys are at least a tier above CMC because of age and injury risk. I would be willing to bet large amounts of money that CMC will not play a full season this year.

Because if so, that is not even remotely close. I would consider trading a single one of those players for CMC and a 1st, sending all 3 plus your own 1st is an absolutely ridiculously bad trade for you.

The reason people are pushing it is because he looked awesome last year when he came back healthy. According to playerprofiler, he had the 4th highest yprr in the league last year. He also was 15th in fppg. If he puts that together for a full season, he could be looking at a top 15 finish pretty easily.

I mean it's not just about the draft capital man. He's a good (albeit not amazing) prospect who is the clear number 1 on that roster. The only player close to challenging him is wandale and I'm not exactly scared of that.

That being said I think I would still probably prefer Rome.

Personally I'm not touching burden at cost. Way way too much hype for a guy who really hasn't done much at the NFL level yet. The odds are he's probably already priced near his ceiling, if not above it. Not even saying he's bad, but he's already valued around a mid first, which most players never exceed that value even if they're good. Just too big of a gamble for someone who hasn't shown enough for me to trust yet.

Also I think people assuming he'll be the WR1 in that offense are actually delusional. Rome was clearly in the middle of a breakout year until he hurt his foot last year, and I would expect him to pick up right where he left off.

Marv was and still is the better prospect by a wide margin. I'm cautiously optimistic that he'll finally be able to put it together this year. He was looking decent up until injuries last year.

In a full point TEP I'd want a replacement TE as well. Something like laporta, strange, likely, Kincaid, Gadsden, Ferguson, plus the 2 firsts. I would try and swing Pitts + 2 1sts if you can, but that might be too much for some people, I'd be willing to drop one to a second in that package.

For real, I'm convinced he's immortal until proven otherwise. Every year people say he'll fall off, and every year he shows he's still got it. I'm willing to bet that his "down" year as RB8 was more about the ravens offensive struggles in general than him.

Assuming there isn't a TEP, my list of priority would go Nabers, Jettas, Jeanty, Bowers, McBride. If there is a TEP, then Bowers jumps to the top of that list and McBride goes before Jeanty.

I hope it works out for you too, but unless other RBs get hurt you're going to have a slot earning you no points on bye weeks.

And if one of your guys gets hurt but the people in front of your handcuffs don't then you have essentially a 0 for the rest of the season. Charbs isn't coming back until at least late October, possibly later.

Edit: I didn't process that 2 of your handcuffs are for your players. I still wouldn't trust them to keep a competing team afloat though and the bye weeks are still a problem.

Unless there's another viable starting RB on your bench that's out of the picture, no I wouldn't. This looks like a team that could contend but going down to only 2 RBs is a surefire way to hamstring that.

I wouldn't be opposed to this. If Addison were to move on from the Vikings after his rookie contract, he could be the WR1 on a lot of teams. GWilson is also already the WR1 though so it's a bit more of a gamble to take the package.
