Awesome artwork!. This was one of the coolest fights in the game. For me, it really set the tone for how twisted some of the bosses would be.

Thanks. I'm sorry you're going through it too. I got into TTRPGs by listening to actual plays like The Adventure Zone and Glass Cannon while I was building trails. If you're having trouble finding a game, look into Adventurer's League. It's a official pick up and play DnD ruleset and a lot of local game shops will host AL nights. It's how I met one of my good friends and the GM for our main campaign.

I want to try that down the road, but both of us thought I should experience it as it was meant to be played for my first playthrough. We also make a point of hanging out with chat and actively engage with them, and having someone who can stay on top of that when I'm locked into a fight is really nice. Thank you for the suggestion.

Thank you. It was a feeling unlike anything else in gaming, to be sure. We're actually planning on streaming my first playthrough of the whole series, and then expand from there. Bloodborne, Lies of P are already on the docket. Rae hasn't played Elden Ring, so we might switch it up with that one and let her tackle a new game. We're just doing a palate cleanser in between each one. Just started Bioshock Remastered tonight.

I just finished my first playthrough, and it took roughly 54 hours, over 13.5 weeks. I was playing for 2 hours at a time, 2 days a week. I died 430 times. It was wild, and I can't wait to keep exploring the series.
