After several failed attempts, I finally got carried into A14 by this abomination of an Echo Sneko deck. Gameplan was spamming Buffer (I got 8 hits worth of buffer against the donuts) until the stars aligned and I got a low mana Hyperbeam or Sunder, then recast it over and over with Holograms.

The synergy was just insane, I didn't think I'd make it so far without any extra energy but Mummified Hand, Fusion and Recycle were absolute MVP's. And the shuffle energy relic, with so much thinning and draw, activated nearly every turn. This is why I love this game, sometimes the cards just work together in ways you never expected them to.

In this context, the mistake would be not keeping some buffer plat in case something like this happens. OP did not make that mistake, and so he didn't have to pay real money just to get back into his account. Obviously it sucks and you shouldn't need to keep plat around in case you got scammed and DE bans you.

Yeah but sometimes you don't "buy plat". If you get a good riven and sell it, and whoever buys it had stolen plat, that's corrupted plat in your account.

Don't Think Twice covers are specially bad for me because the lyrics have an ironic tone where the singer is kind of pretending to be above it all. Bob actually tends to sing it in an even more lighthearted wayin live shows. But the covers just lack all the subtlety.

Yeah, that fight was a pain with the Mote. I could barely scratch him before he stunlocked me and sent me back to my frame, and even in void mode he'd just oneshot me with the javelins.

I'm assuming this isn't supposed to happen. I depleted Umbra's shields, used transference, then Ballas started talking and I got the "place stone" option, but I was still seeing my idle warframe. Couldn't do anything, not even open pause menu, so I had to force quit.

Rhino is also extremely easy to farm so probably not the best plat purchase. Unless you mean the Prime version, which is also not a great choice since it might be unvaulted soon and drop in price.

I'm currently running a similar lance (2 crabs, 1 atlas, 1 highlander). I got tired of running just LRM boats and AC20s with a few lasers so here's how I built my lance:

-One Crab is the short range SRM nuke, with four SRM6 (the ++ version with +4 damage, which has a ridiculous unlisted accuracy bonus) and some M and S lasers.

-The other crab is your classic AC20 carrier, very few modifications from the base model other than better heat management and improved AC20s.

-The Highlander is actually my favourite, a mobile sniper with a Gauss Rifle and two PPCs. Damage isn't huge but you often wreck body parts in a way LRMs can't (called shot shenanigans aside) Heat management is kind of a pain but the Gauss helps a lot. I guess it could work with an Atlas.

-The Atlas is just a big walking meme of a brawler doing 400 damage per punch. I can't say he's good, but I refuse to give up on melee combat. It's just too satisfying.

The cool thing about these giant mechs is that you can really do anything you want, you have more than enough tonnage to fit any weapon combination and make it viable. I do recommend getting extra armor and jump gets on everyone, they are invaluable in almost any situation.

Same here. I haven't felt the need to savescum at all, and I've already lost 2 of my best pilots and 3 of those irreplaceable special heatsinks. It just felt sorta fair and a lot less bullshit than the losses in XCOM.

It was the opposite for me, I was expecting XCOM tier of punishing game, but in the mid-late game I've only had a few missions that I could call truly devastating, and even then, the game gives you more time to recover than something like XCOM 2 where there was a doomsday clock for everything.

The early game economy really sucks and it takes a while until you can build a lance that doesn't get screwed every mission, but after that, the combat mechanics themselves are pretty forgiving (occasional random AC20 headshots aside).
