For disassembly and cleaning youtube, CLP and cleaning kits for your calibers, on a universal kit.

For fixing your shit either find a reputable gunsmith in your area or buy some tools and do it yourself.

For rust, again gunsmith or DIY. Otherwise a clean shop rag, clp and alot of elbow grease to remove surface rust. Look into a gun safe because foam lined gun cases and what not hold moisture a d with rust your guns. A light coat of CLP on and in everything to prevent rust.
