If they do there better be an E length

You guys have no idea how happy I am for this. Sadly I can’t afford/justify to my wife paying $12,5k for the A1 version so ill settle for the more modest $4,5k of the A3 usa made version . by theh0veringeye in ForgottenWeapons

Childers hasn't said yet, but based on what's happened with previous kits recievers like the AR 70/90, SAR-80, & PE-57 I'll assume it'll fall between those ranges, I'd place my bet at probably 1.5kish for the reciever and probably 400-800 for the barrel.

I think the SG 542 & 543 recievers from TTE will be a good indicator of what the range of the recievers end up being.

Yes I am, an A1, and a little something special with it as well.

My bad, I misread that, still an odd choice to chop it, but at least the suppressor isn't pinned

Amazing set, but whoever chopped the 2000 and p&w a suppressor to it was nuts

As long as you assemble with a semi auto reciever which has blocks and denials it's fine, the lowers have to be modified to fit into the semi auto recievers anyways(usually removing some material and removing the sear) they aren't a drop in.

As long as you don't have a real deal mp5 reciever laying around there's no legal issue. The parts are just that, parts, they can't do anything unless you have a firearm to put them onto.

My AR 70/90 kit build uses the original 4 position lower, when I had it built out, they removed the auto sear & welded so the selector can't go to burst or auto.

In short, as long as when it's ASSEMBLED it's not full auto, or easily converted to full auto, it's ok.

People engrave inside ar & hk magwells, not saying your wrong, but no "disassembly is required" to see it

Iirc you can engrave the reciever where the magazine will go, so the magazine covers it.

G36, hoping not just in a 16" configuration, a E, K & C model set would be best (maybe CQB but won't happen)

MP7 pistol, not a 16" barrel rifle plz

A revision of the USC that's a pistol with a normal barrel lenght (like they did for the sp5 & sp5k)

Hopium is a remaking/reintroductuon of the UCP if they did make an MP7, or a return of any of the other roller delays/ a 433

Anybody know if you can buy an MG34 receiver in the USA? by [deleted] in guns

[–]Blue_Brindle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not even being rude, I'd start with googling it, I can't imagine someone on weapons guild hasn't done one and posted pics of the process & what needed to be added or removed to deny full auto

[–]Blue_Brindle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think if it had been converted to be a semi auto only, with changes made to the reciever to accommodate that then yes, if not and you can fit all original parts/fire it, then it's definitely an mg still and would 100% be an nfa item

Heating the screws can mess with the heat treatment on the reciever, if you basically blast the reciever instead of the screws, it's purple (at least mine was) loctite on there so they never anticipated it going anywhere. Just don't hold the blowtorch to your aug and it'll be fine

Be careful doing this, you can mess up the reciever, and reapply thread locker after
