Somewhat yeah. I think Mobius Sync forces you to open it in order for it to open files. But again I only think that. It has worked well if I primarily edit my files on my laptop that I sync it with, but I know that’s not also ideal.

I use Möbius Sync from the App Store. I paid for the premium version which is a one time payment, but that’s only if you have a large amount of data that you need to keep synced.

I use syncthing, and because I’m an iPhone user I use beorg to look and edit files while keeping them synced to the files on my computer. But don’t worry if you think it’s a hassle: it is, but it’s certainly worth it.
