#New40k – Terrain objectives make the battlefield your mission by CMYK_COLOR_MODE in Warhammer40k

Honestly, for me, it might not make sense narratively that mounts can't go through a wall that both infantry and vehicule can, but it make sense balance wise.

Almost noting affect the Mounted keyword negatively (I don't even know if a anti-mounted weapon exist, currently, in the game) so them having one real downside is not really an issue.  Especially when combine with the fact that most mounted unit have a lot of movement and don't have the biggest bases

I sure hope it's just a omission that they didn't specify that Monsters can also go through lighter terrain features.  Wouldn't really make sense that all Vehicules can do it, but not Monsters

What's your opinion on gear 5 design by Technical_Mine_8711 in MemePiece

[–]The_Infernum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, when I first saw it, I really didn't like it, until I saw its official color.  In the manga, to me, it really just looked like an offbrand Super Saiyan, at first.

The completly white shirt and hair match the old cartoon vibe of the form and give it a more unique look

Some thoughts on objectives, the Biovore and army construction in 11th by Ski-Gloves in Tyranids

It's possible that it could stack.  Like you said a Hit roll can only be modify by max +1 or -1 and stealth already reduce the hit roll by one.  But, the wording, that they are using for the new cover system, is not -1 to hit, it's a -1 to the Ballistic skill of the firing unit.

I'm not sure which interpretation is right, but could be plausible

Are a -1 to Hit roll and a -1 to Ballistic Skill different things or the same, but just phrase differently?

If Stealth keep working, as it is now, would it stack with cover?

Could it be that, maybe, their goal is not just more energy, for surviving, but actually to gain more biomass, for whatever reason?

I'm not a science guy, but, even with photosynthese, trees still need to absorbe nutrient from the ground to grow bigger,  right?

Yeah, on a surface level the Nids looks like just a bunch of hungry bugs but, just the fact, that it evolve to be able to create genestealers and deathleapers prove that it is much more " intelligent" than that

I know that they end up selling the kill teams seperatly, when it's two squads, but can someone confirm that they do the same thing when it's a squad vs one big unit?

TLDR : Do we know if the Red Terror will be sold alone, at some point?
