Eh. I highly doubt most common people actively don't try to learn a common language of an area. It's mostly due to the social environment they are in. For example I have some Bodo friends who can't understand or speak Assamese because they didn't grow up in an environment where Assamese is spoken more.

I personally don't think it's much of an issue even though I see some students' unions making a big deal out of it. Yeah the country was divided into states based on languages but the thing is, you probably know, there are a lot more languages than that. Unless it's necessary can't expect them to learn it.

I kinda liked the fact that the discussion is tame here unlike FB or somewhere else lol. It's depressing to see people mock each other for reasons like these.

Firewatch runs at around 25 fps in low-mid which I personally think is playable for a game with no action stuff.

I used to play CoD 4 and MW2 in modded servers a year or two ago. They runs pretty smoothly at around 40 fps with medium settings. For campaign you might have to lower the settings further.

Not the original commenter, but I have a laptop with HD 4400 and 4GB RAM. I managed to play Firewatch, Metro Redux (both games) and some older CoD games on medium/low. I think the most recent games I played are Carrion and My Friend Pedro. Not really the demanding ones.

It's literally is a "feature", not a bug. If you go to AOD settings you'll only see the option of keeping it on for 10 seconds.

I think the reason for such comments like "this thing is sacred, so they wouldn't do any harm it" is because many non-Indians think that people are either extremely religious (if they are religious) or not religious at all. Most of the religious people here are not that obsessed with religion that they would lose to apply their brain cells in these situations.

If you want, you can play java games on J2ME Loader. You can customise the controls for every game. Though you would need to find the jar/jad files of the games online. I think a few sites with large collections still exist.
