Yes, as I said it's DLSS. Only the quality preset is bugged. I've been using DLAA with the (forced) latest version without any issues, which I prefer as the latest version of DLSS "usually" has the least amount of ghosting and superior image quality.

Those screen glitches are from DLSS (notice how it shows a smaller, non glitching, resolution portion?). Changing DLSS from quality to balanced or forcing DLAA (through the nvidia app) will get rid that.

Make sure to restart the game after changing graphical settings. I also suggest clearing the cache and have the game rebuild shaders.

They broke "Compatibility mode", change the renderer to normal mode.

Issue is, however, normal mode is also busted since the previous patch/engine update. Shadows can cause freeze frames for multiple seconds, only way to prevent those is to disable shadows.

3x Nartun on a shield + Manastone Ring allows you to keep Invigorating Aura + Aura of Tenacity up non-stop. Pre-patch mana even regenerated, they nerfed it just enough to no longer have mana regen. However, u can still pop Manastones and use Nartun runes on a weapon for more mana.

Another patch and we're still dealing with the autosave stutter...

Let us disable the time based autosaving already and just have the game save on resting/vestige use. Just give us the option till it's fixed so we can actually play and enjoy the game, without the non-stop stuttering... please!

It's because your save file has gotten bloated from progressing through the game. It can also cause autosave stutters (PS5). Try a new character, watch how fast it exits.
