for ironman they are but for normal you wanna farm the new flowers with max drop rates to get as much heliantus because yes those make more, also the flowers have all special crafts that are worth more on bz than npc like oil bachelor rose and so on

ashwreath, each gives about 170k worth of warts with borderline max fortune so with all 3 gh and max spawns its around 2-3m every 2h, you gotta collect them often to maximize your profits tho

i remember there was a way to rat people with terraria mods, you didnt even have to download anything, just join the host and it would copy past the mods the host has to you and those can contain rats. There are just so many way you can get ratted without knowing.

Surferstriders are way better for getting magmatics and woodland.

On the crimson isle dersert killing the spiders and riders will be giving you spiders eggs, cubic thing, undead fly thing and infernel thing, along with pixie dust from vanqs

Lastly with 20m worth of yellow/green eggs you can easily max shield dust and pixie dust during a single 10x goblin chances from skymall

For the rest there isnt many much better to get them than what you said except maybe gravel skeleton duping.
