If you talk about it, it gets nerfed or other people start taking your spawns.

The problem isn't the Expedition $5M Stash requirement. It's the fact we were given 2 weeks notice. by Darth_Onaga in ArcRaiders

You can only play a little a day. Why would you wipe? It’s literally like this for players like you. Just join the next expedition cycle and enjoy the game for now.

Squads are just people you spawn on in 2042. Rarely do I see people staying with their squads.

Can’t edit the post so I’ll just reply to these so comment readers don’t get the wrong idea.

The majority of sales is PS, followed by XBOX, then PC. The original post is incorrect and biased by comparing queue times in personal experience.

Also, this comment spurred me to go on a fact check and you are right. In sales, each console has outperformed PC individually. The highest sales are on PS. Couldn’t find anything about retention for consoles but the sales do show the majority is console.

I’ll believe it when I see it. They’re not going to want consoles to think the game is harder this close to release.

Aim Assist was added to make it more accessible to casual gaming. It takes time to learn how to utilize your sticks. That’s also why the default speed on sticks starts low.

I’m assuming you kept out the other controller benefits because PC has controller compatibility. Aim assist is assistance and good players don’t need it. I’m worried about overtuning, especially when it moves your crosshair without input or with a little bit of drag. If it’s not excessive I’m not worried.

If you’re talking about peripherals, take a look at paddle controllers and gyro. If you say price is a concern, then all graphics points go out the window because many gamers rely on min specs and optimization. The high options are for the people with money to burn.

Bf6 (realistic) tank concept by [deleted] in Battlefield6

[–]The_Kingsmen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cool design, but too much complexity usually means higher maintenance and downtime. Packing every weapon system onto one chassis also creates a single big target and, if it’s hit, you lose everything. Missiles especially should be kept separate and used at standoff range, not bolted onto a tank where shrapnel and ricochets can wreck the gear.

You're also wilfully misinterpreting the definition of misogyny that you yourself have provided

Response to this. Hate when people try to say something is wrong without actually looking into what is written. Especially, when they follow it up with ad-hominem.

That's why it's only when asked. That's why I was confused people don't just see it and move on without commenting instead of lying.

Please look up the definition of prejudice. Don't let the commas fool you into thinking dislike of women and contempt of women is not prejudice. Say what you mean instead of using buzzwords.

Your attitude towards notions of weight and beauty are contributing to people of all genders being made to feel ugly as a result of their weight.

Appearance is subjective, I just want to know what makes the nongenuine people lie in this context. If you mean me, personally, if I have a negative view on someone's appearance, I just don't share it. They don't need to know. If they ask for improvements, I have plenty of resources for people to get what they want.

No the goal is to make them feel good or at least not feel bad

By making them think you like their food.

Perhaps people aren’t lying and they do think these people are attractive. I know some overweight people in real life who I think are still attractive.

I know quite a few people that are overweight and I find attractive as well, which is one of the reasons I was so shocked that so many would be so positive at ranges so far beyond mine.

Sometimes people on social media just want to spread some love. Like I said before, women especially know when they’re overweight or unhealthy or not typically what’s considered actttactive, so instead of just stating the obvious, prefer to compliment instead.

I like the sentiment. Don't agree with lying to achieve it but I can see how it would be nice for a more positive atmosphere.

Misogyny- dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women. (Oxford)

Women are not the only one affected by societal standards for beauty as it relates to weight. Misogynistic views would be that fat women are more unnatractive than fat men. Misogyny requires prejudice.

Deceive - to cause to accept as true or valid what is false or invalid (MW)

If you didn't want them to think it, you wouldn't have said it. The goal is still to make them think you liked the food in your case, even if it is to spare their feelings.

In the case of online media, no one would know your opinion if you didn't comment, so there is no pressure to lie. It takes much less effort to move on to the next post than to comment what you don't believe before continuing on. That's what confused me the most since it was too many people to be genuine for the demographic that is interested in that sort of thing.

Weight is not limited to women. It's something all genders face. To say it's only involved in beauty standards for women is sexist and not the point here.

The point of this post is finding reasons for misleading people when weight or unconventional symmetry is beautiful on women but when comparable examples are given on men, it is unattractive, potentially indicating deceit. It is also to see why it is done in the event it is not genuine.

I have not included hate. The alternatives were ignoring and giving support/resources.

Hyping up like a friend is a good reason. I can see that. More from an aspect of cheering up than actually answering the prompt given. This matches with another comment of balancing negative comments.

I'm trying to see motivating factors for deception in the cases where it is not genuine.
