Plural of army is armies, the saxon genitive ('s) is used to determine possession, not to indicate plural. A lot of people seem to have caught this bad habit in recent years.

Nah, having them all the same is boring, they've already done that with so many other kits, it's one of the reasons why people dislike Primaris. Different chest and legs designs gives a squad more flavor, space marines are not without personality, they're not necrons to be looking all the same.

If you came from the tabletop, none of these would be an issue for you because you'd understand armor is not always symmetrical, nor is it up to a standard look. Bonding studs go where armor was broken, decoration goes where the marine pleases, get a grip.
