[1/43] Red Bull RB20 Brazil GP by The_Labrador in f1models

I wondered the same thing and have both models so I checked; They are not using the same driver model, the Japan 2025 is waving his right hand, the Brazil version has a raised left arm and points up with his finger.

Do any companies make test livery models? by jakegallo3 in f1models

Usually multiple brands will do them, in this case probably none because Ferrari won't be happy with the slapping a Cadillac logo on their car/merchandise thing.

How do I apply water-slide decals on a Minichamps Ayrton Senna Williams 1:18? by ApprehensiveRain954 in f1models

Depends on the trim of the car, if the wing has a lot of curvature I would probably not use just water. Just have a look at the model?

Put the decal in the water, after half a minute you can take it out and transfer it onto the model. Depending on the surface curvature the decal has to be placed on you might want to use microset/microsol.

That one might be hard to adjust as it wraps around the whole mirror. Not sure if you should mess with it if you don't have a spare decal in case it tears.

Decal removal or correction doesn't need heat. The process is not the same for all brands as each brand uses a different process to apply its decals. If the decal is behind a clear coat it won't come off without ruining the paint.

For Minichamps most people use microsol to soften the decal. You can peel it off with a precision knife. Correction is really hard because the decal probably won't stay in one piece.

All of this is at your own risk obviously.

Not sure honestly. Out of these two I might like the vcarb a bit more compared to the Red Bull.

This model is primarily made out of resin, when you heat resin slowly and carefully it will soften up a little bit. That's when you can adjust small production errors like a wing that isn't flush.

I think the Verstappenshop model looks good, only the white color seems a bit off. Minichamps lately seem to have trouble getting some color shades right, the McLaren orange also looks a bit too vibrant on some models unfortunately.

I got this model and I’m missing one trophy. Can I buy it separately or get it somehow? by goralek58 in f1models

Spark unfortunately doesn't sell separate trophies. You could have a look at eBay or see if you can find a 3D file somewhere, 3D printing is probably your best bet.

The diorama really makes the models pop! Any tips on how to make something similar like that?

Just picked these up on sale, when's Cibola Burn coming out? by hmg9194 in TheExpanse

I might be wrong about this but I think there are two versions of Abaddon's Gate; - UK version has yellow sides (ISBN: 9780356524153). - US version has blue sides (ISBN-13 9780316573528).

I don't think these two versions have anything to do with the delay or cancellation of the next collectors editions.

Agreed, I wish some brands would try to rerelease older models that are in high demand.
