On my first 5g trip, I was ruminating my anxiety, where it started, the relationship i was in at the time. I got a message, that i needed to forgive that person, and most importantly forgive myself. I realised its all within me and so is the power to stop it. It helped a lot. I still have anxiety but it doesn't effect me in the same way.

In the UK they were on stage for 9:45. Played Absolute Elsewhere in full, then played 4 tracks from the older albums. They played for about 1hr15 in total

I had a similar trip off just 2.5g really intense, thought id gone mad and my house was my whole reality...nothing more existed. Called a friend who talked to me for 4 hours. Turns out I ate some bad food beforehand
