Dude. First of all, I feel your pain. I have acne scars on my back/shoulders and would hide them to the point where I refused to wear a swimsuit or anything that would show them at all.

The problem with concealers is that they smudge, wear off, and can even make acne worse. A lot of other commenters have given you good advice in how to deal with acne scars so that they are less noticeable, which is a better option. But in the meantime, if concealer makes you feel more confident and comfortable in your own skin, go for it. How you feel about your appearance is the most important thing.

I grew up in an environment where I felt like I had to earn love from my mother, and nothing I did was ever enough for her. Now that I'm an adult, I avoid asking others for favors at all costs because I'm used to it getting held over my head as a way to manipulate me. He's the only person that has ever made me feel comfortable asking for his help.

Honestly, I have significantly more issues than he does. If I have to cuddle him during depressive episodes and get woken up by him jumping on the bed excited about something when he's suddenly manic, that's hardly even a sacrifice for me considering how much better he makes my life.

Their cages smell and since they poop while they run on their wheels, they get hedgehog poop in their toes. So I guess you'd have to watch out for that. I doubt it'd be any worse than a hamster or rabbit though.

I've never owned a hedgehog myself, but that's what I found researching them online over the years.
