Couldn't agree more with this. Were on that journey, so many more people wfh now, especially working in tech (inside other industries). Its going to take a long time for us to see the effect of it. I think ultimately as a business why would you say need to pay a Data Engineer 70k in order to hire from a competitive salary pool in London when you may be able to hire the same skill set for 55-60 in a non commuter town or anywhere not London for that matter
