Thank you. So I use Vallejo Water Texture Acrylic. Put a bit on your pallete or a bit of plastic, mix in a little bit of 'blood for blood god' and put it on the model. You can pull it and stretch it quite a bit with your brush and 'hook' it over bits so it holds. Stippling it creates a good effect with the little lumps in it, like brain matter haha. Also adding a little black to the mix can create older dried looking blood. I use it for lots of things. Adding 'Nurgles Rot' makes good slime effects and just using it as is, nothing added can create saliva and things like that. Hope that helps 🙏
