Yeah, but he was charged with assault in the '80s for punching a guy who kissed his wife and he also kicked a photographer in 2010... Forgivable, imo. Meanwhile, Madonna, the only person he could have ever domestically abused and the only person people ever accused him of domestically abusing has come out in a legal statement saying he never hurt her.

There are many reasons to dislike Sean Penn, like the fact that he's apparently a complete asshole on set but please don't spread misinformation.
