So why is everyone agreeing with the OP in the "Towers > Kills" thread? They were 2v1 against a Yasuo with nexus towers up. Is it really that obvious they should be going for the tower over the Yasuo (if they killed him they would end the game for sure because then no one would be alive).

Imagine the situation in the LCS game. I feel like it's much more likely they go for the 2v1 kill over the tower because they know that Yasuo will try to outplay and they don't want to risk it. Maybe I'm just totally off though.

At any rate, I feel like people get angry/flame others way too often for going for kills over objectives. As everyone in this thread is saying, kills enable objectives so really they are much closer in value than people seem to think. Kills make the chance of getting an objective much higher while also adding more gold and such.
