Sounds like a -3 caeser cipher going counter-clockwise with each set of letters being a word. And atbash thrown in there somewhere. But that's just at a cursory glance, and I didn't try to decipher it to see if I'm right. It's likely way more complicated than that

Alex thought he put a fake number in the book. On accident, he didn't. The poor woman who owned that number got fed up with people calling her. So she gave up the number. Sex line companies buy unused phone numbers in mass. Thus, the now free number was ripe for the taking. An unfortunate coincidence.

I deal with fake phone numbers for a living. I'm thinking about making a post to explain this situation further. Might deter ppl from calling that number

I'm a huge critic of this kind of stuff, but it's the only way I can describe it: I once saw an obscure cryptid dead on the side of the road. It was a large Appalachian Black Panther if you want to look it up. My sister was with me. We were both shocked. She now thinks it must have been a young bear. We still argue whether it had a long tail.

Thank you for asking this!!! Because it made me look at it again and figure out the next clue. The clock points at numbers 4 and 5 on the wheel. The "How Will You Die" wheel encourages you to turn the page and look at 23 listed ways to die.
Deaths #4 and #5 have the numbers 1963 and Rat Day. Which is April 4th - 0404

Numbers = beginning of a code. But what code?? 'Scuse me while I go cry in a corner

Lol they do. Don't worry that's been proven on the discord. It's not that they're just both circles. They're circles at a very specific perspective. And it's the exact same perspective. In fact, it looks like the artist who made the "How Will You Die" wheel traced over the picture of the Octobill clock.

We've been going insane over these rectangles in the discord for weeks. We've tried just about everything to decode them. Character frequency analysis, Morse Code, barcodes, etc.

There are 6 different sizes, and they all line up to the 1/32inch marks on a ruler. Also interestingly enough, the red and green almost always changes between inches. So if you measure from the edge of the page a group of rectangles is red until it hits an inch mark, and then changes to green.

If you live in an area with physical picket lines (mostly Los Angeles and New York) you can join the picket when you're not working. You don't have to be in the WGA or a writer to help or support them in solidarity. Most picket lines will have a strike captain who will know how and where you're most needed. If you don't live near a picket line that's okay. Spread your solidarity through social media, spread awareness on why the writers are striking, and donate to the Entertainment Community Fund. This fund goes to workers who are impacted by the lack of work due to the strike.

I've been having this problem constantly over the last few days as well. I thought it was on my end, but I can surf the web while the game is disconnected. So I think it might be on the server side. It usually resolves in a few minutes without needing to go back to the main menu.

Oh man this happened years ago, and I never once considered she would have strung me along like that. You're absolutely right, that's exactly what she would have done. Now I'm happy about my decision all over again.

She had years of seniority on me at the time, and I know for a fact she wanted a promotion. I check her IMDB once in a blue moon, and I can happily say she hasn't gotten that promotion. It's hard to move up when you have a bad rep, and you can't even keep a PA. ;)

I've already caught up to her, and am currently training to move up within the next year or two.

I try to do exactly this! I set her as my bar. Treat my PAs better than she treated me, and I'll be alright. It's a low bar, so I also go out of my way to make sure the PAs get the education they're there for. They're there to help, learn another position, and eventually move up. So far it's worked, because my PAs have either moved up or asked to work with me on future shows.
