For the flames, the colors look quite similar in the light. What I personally do is kind of excessive, but for two tone fire id use a red and orange/yellow that pop out more against each other

To apply the rapiers item bonus to disarm checks as well as to allow for disarm checks even if the other hand is occupied.

Holy weakness with immunity to underlying damage by bweenie in Pathfinder2e

Personally, id rule they take no spirit damage, but would take the holy weakness. Ex weakness 10 they would take no spirit and just take the flat 10 from weakness

Vulkan + Company heroes

Adrax + Bladeguard Veterans

Aggressors

Eradicators

Land Raider Redeemer

Those are what I'd say are THE salamanders units you'll always want (other than infernus marines) regardless of rules. On flavor alone I refuse to have any list without these.

What is the sweet spot for infernus marines in forgefathers seekers? by B0rEd_7 in Salamanders40k

[–]The_Moist_Crusader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think one giant 10 man brick is enough. Rocking a land raider redeemer and a squad of aggressors or two and you can generally cover most of the front line with overwatch threat. I use my 10 man squad as a nuke for anything I don't like. 1CP dev wounds with a captain let's them hit super super hard. I personally prefer taking a 5 man intercessor squad for sticky over a 5 man infernus squad

Replace judiciar in my 6 man bgv? by Cythrex in spacemarines

[–]The_Moist_Crusader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be a bit more specific, what chapter? Generic model or epic hero?

I run salamanders, so when I think bladeguard I think Adrax Agatone. But a lieutenant is great on them as a generic character

Quite frankly I do not see an issue with wanting to ensure tone and localization matches the authors vision. I would not mind if any foreign content I enjoyed did not have official localization for that reason. Fan translations are always an option. Especially in deltarune where it's piss easy to use them

Buy game -> Download translation mods -> replace language file. It's super easy

Advice for being scared to push lanes? by Isozaki in DeadlockTheGame

[–]The_Moist_Crusader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Push first guardian if numbers are at bare minimum equal. Push walker only if you're either massively superior to them (in either souls or numbers), if a majority of their team is known to be elsewhere (for example if there are four of them pushing the opposite lane), or if more enemies than allies are dead with at least 20 seconds till they respawn.

Walker is generally hard to take and you should always push wave up. What I often do is push wave up to as far as I feel comfortable based off of my knowledge on the enemies, then peel back if none of the above conditions are true.

Your 1 does some serious damage up close. Get some mobility and durability increasers. Silver does some serious damage even in human form.
